The is a pretty standard bar. Music is too loud to have a conversation. On top of that the bouncer was pretty agressive when i tried to go back in after a cigarette, was man-handled and treated like a vagrant. Rocka Rolla is a good last resort.
This has always been a great bar pre-Covid. Now, not so much. When I arrived, I took the one empty seat outside on the sidewalk. Then waited a good 10 min til I realized I had to go inside the bar to order. There should be signs on the tables telling people this. Anyway, once I ordered, I came back outside to see that my table was taken (everything else was taken). Bartender was nice and was able to locate a spot for me on their back patio. However, back patio had a lot of RATS running around. Disgusting. Also, no music was played back there. You can only hear the great 80's rock tunes when you are inside the bar ordering. Whole point of this bar is their theme, 80's rock, which you cannot enjoy right now. Therefore, I will not return until inside dining is allowed. Once this happens, I will update this review.
Dive bar that offers beer served on a goblet ! Outdoor and indoor are both comfortable with cool neon lights and Art.
There’s still a giant block of snow out in the patio preventing a party of two from enjoyment.
As you walk into the dive bar that is rocka Rolla you are plunged into eternal darkness that is supernatural. All hail the metal gods....
Man. What a weird night. Been to rocknrolla plenty of times. Cool spot. Good drinks. Good prices.
Night started out fine but randomly, beyond randomly, a bartender there with a name that starts with a D, maybe Dallin or something, came to my table of 5 and asked if anyone of us knew his name. We didn’t have time to even respond before he told us to “get the f out”. It was very strange. Have always supported rocknrolla, especially during the pandemic, but after that, why would I anymore? What a shame. Cool bar.
