River City

River City is a full service restaurant and banquet facility located in the Beautiful Artisan Center in the heart of downtown Wheeling, W.V. The building has an eighty-foot skylight ceiling with amazing architecture that recreated this historic building. We offer a 250 seat restaurant and bar on the first floor, and on the third floor is our beautiful loft area which holds up to 400 people for Wedding Receptions and Banquets.
