Best burger in town. Juicy burger, crispy fries and onion rings not dripping in oil. Just the right amount. Very satisfying. Perfect place for a date before hitting clubs or bar night life.

So it was my first time eating here. I've walked passed it for years but never went inside. My friend told me to try it. I eat turkey burgers and I'm not really fond of frozen turkey burgers so I usually make my own . But this place was totally different. The turkey burger was very fresh and juicy with every bite that I took.. Im definitely going back.. The place isn't that big and you have the option to sit at the counter or sit at a table... You can watch them make your food. I've always loved that about food places... When you can watch how they cook your food. Everyone was very nice and friendly and made my food exactly how I wanted it... I'll bring my family here soon.. They got my vote..

It's a must. The pearl deluxe with onions, bacon, mushrooms cooked medium rare was the bomb. Juicy and next to nobby's in Chico, ca the best burger i have ever had. Come to The City at least 5 times a year for many many years and now i have found a gem!! The half fries and half onion rings was fresh and tasty. Will be back on the next trip to The City. The entire crew were friendly and very happy to be serving great food.

Very standard American food and burgers. They make bread battered frozen onion rings which all staff recommended not to go for. I went ahead and got the curly fries which was just enough as a side for one person. Not for 2 like the staff suggested that "all sides are good to share with 2" which is not true.

I sat at the table top and observed their cleanliness and saw a very unfortunate sight of the staff touching the cleaning rag while making the burgers. I saw him clean the table he is working on and then grabbing the buns. So gross!

The curly fries was okay nothing special like people claim. Check out the photos for size.

You have not tasted a burger until you have been to Paul’s - simply put - this is the quintessential place to eat hamburger. The character of the staff and the ambience of the restaurant put this place above all over burger joints in the area.
A must for a visit for anyone who loves burgers visiting New York City
