We came to this spot for dinner. This spot was recommended to us by a friend. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we had a great feeling. The meal was delicious. We enjoyed every moment and we shall definitely come back again. We recommend this place to all.

Very good handmade burgers! Good buns & meat! The fries are thick & GOOD! I also love the chicken sandwich & Yummy Onion rings! The staff are Friendly & helpful! There seems to be plenty of seating the few times I've been. Good Food!

Now this place is the definition of a hidden gem!

You literally have to go through a hotel lobby, though some heavy curtains and you’ll find yourself in a hole in the wall burger joint (hence the name) that is filled with photos on the walls, a very vibrant atmosphere and smiles on everyone’s face.

Such a cool experience and the burger did not disappoint!

If there was ever a burger that could taste or even look like the Krabby Patty, this burger would be it!

HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Omg! Their food is incredible and so authentic! My sister and I ordered food for a family gathering tonight and we were all equally impressed. We had the lamb, chicken and beef with rice, hummus, salad, pickled veggies and bread. It was enough for 8 adults and 3 kids. The garlic sauce is awesome too.

Only in NYC can there exist an unexpected gem like this. Reasonably priced, made to order and perfectly prepared, gourmet burgers are grilled behind a nondescript curtain in a hotel lobby. It is the ultimate underground "word of mouth" experience . Same as in the movie, "The Wizard of Oz" of burgers delivers their results in the most unusual way. Their simple menu is all about being the best burger and not how it got there. It is small and super crowded but also efficient (and clean) so the line moves quickly. Dorothy, there is no place like home!
